Hourly Support Rate: $75

Emergency Hourly Support Rate: $165

eLime offers a la carte Remote IT Support hours and Emergency Support hours to be purchased at the customers’ will.

Emergency Hours can be used from 8:01 p.m. to 7:59 a.m. Mountain time, Monday thru Friday (unless otherwise specified or agreed upon). Saturday and Sunday are considered after-hours and considered Emergency Calls. These will be billed at $165 per hour. eLime has a 30 min response time from when the voicemail is received. Please note: calls are returned in the order they are received. Please keep an eye on your text messages and/or email for any updates eLime may send you regarding your support request.

  • All customers agree and will allow eLime Design to install their Remote Agent/Client on their computer once signing up for Remote IT Computer Support OR requesting Remote Computer Support from eLime Design.
  • Customer may use their allotted monthly hours on as many computers as they wish. Other devices and Smart Devices will be billed separately.
  • The Remote Computer Client/Agent is FULLY managed by eLime Design and constantly reports back to our Kaseya Management software on the status of your computer(s). It also allows for 24/7 remote assistance. eLime Design will NOT remote into your computer without you knowing or giving us the authorization beforehand. Submitting a support ticket for Remote Support does NOT give eLime Design authorization to remote into your computer. We will always call, text, or email you before remoting in. Please call or text us at 720.285.3362 if you suspect misuse.
  • Personal data is not collected by Trend Micro or Malwarebytes. Our Remote Computer Agent/Client may collect certain information about your computer configuration and other diagnostics that identify you.
  • Trend Micro and/or Malwarebytes may collect information about your computer and its hardware that could disclose information about you. It could also collect information about your browser data that could disclose information about you.
  • eLime will not browse or use this information in any way, shape, or form.
